By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Description

Team of Accountants provides professional outsourced accounting services exclusively for CPA firms and accounting practices. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Outsourced accounting and financial reporting
• Bookkeeping and accounts management
• Tax preparation and compliance support
• Payroll processing and management

We serve CPA firms across the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates. The specific scope of services is defined in individual engagement agreements.

3. Engagement Terms

We offer two primary engagement models to suit your firm's needs:

• Part-Time Engagement (PTE): 20 hours per week of dedicated accounting support, ideal for seasonal needs or firms testing the partnership.
• Full-Time Engagement (FTE): 40 hours per week with a dedicated team member embedded in your workflow for maximum integration.

The exact scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and reporting cadence are defined after an initial workload audit and documented in a formal engagement agreement between both parties.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure smooth and effective service delivery, clients agree to the following obligations:

• Timely Data Provision: Provide all necessary financial data, documents, and records in a timely manner to allow us to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
• Accurate Information: Ensure that all information and materials provided are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Access to Tools: Grant appropriate access to accounting software, file-sharing platforms, and any other tools required for us to perform our services effectively.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of financial data. All engagements are governed by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to the commencement of services. We commit to:

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client data and proprietary information.
• Implementing robust data protection measures including encryption, role-based access controls, and secure infrastructure.
• Ensuring all team members are bound by confidentiality obligations and undergo regular data security training.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual engagement agreement between Team of Accountants and the client. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are issued monthly and are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payments after providing written notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Accrivo and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Work product created during the course of an engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team of Accountants and Accrivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date become immediately due and payable.
• All client data and work product will be returned or securely destroyed as per the client's instructions.
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination and remain in effect indefinitely.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in the engagement agreement. Any disputes arising from these Terms or related services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration or litigation in the agreed-upon jurisdiction.
